Well, our sweet bloggy friend, Patty, has started this and I absolutly love sharing what God has shown me, taught me, revealed to me! This was a sweet one for me. I went to visit a little girl in the hospital yesterday and she has been so sick. This has been several weeks long and beginning to make me very anxious for this family. I literally could not imagine the fear that they had felt. I cannot begin to get my mind around the prayers that have been lifted for this sweet child and her family. It was really just beautiful to think about, even in the midst of such uncertainty. The body of Christ can come together in some HUGE powerful ways when someone is in need.
Well, Wednesday morning, a prayer group had been praying for this child and for her healing. And, y'all I'm talking, BIG healing. Miracle healing. When the group was praying for her, she got up and went to the cafeteria and began to eat her breakfast. THIS WAS HUGE PEOPLE! This was her healing and her turning the corner. HALLELUJAH!She will be completely healed and restored. She just will. I saw her with my own two eyes yesterday and the progress that has been made in one week......well, its prayer. And, its God doing His glorious thing in the lives of this family and many, many others.
Don't ever minimize prayer. You pray and you pray hard. He's a glorious God! Thank you Jesus for your power. And, your unfailing love. You are just amazing!
Blessings~

Praise God!! This gives me chills!! What a great God we serve!!!
Fran, you bless me more than you know and I am so excited that you posted this. I think this is why God wanted us to write about GodStops. Just like the healing of this little girl, to those who have lost hope or need a miracle or a need met, HE is our HOPE and with Him, ALL things are possible.
To God be the glory!!
Love You,
Patty
I also got chills reading that! I love it! God is a big God! What a blessing to be able to witness His miracle working power!
I just had a medium crisis in my life happen to me at 2:47pm. The news arrived in an e-mail. Yesterday I had a much bigger crisis happen to me. The attack arrived from a friend. So, I just went to my good God and prayed for some knowledge of His Will in this and how I could find a place of rest in midst of two very unsettling things today and yesterday. I am about to walk out the door for my son's basketball game where it will be most difficult to face a brewing problem. I thought I'd check my e-mail first to see if someone involved in my crisis had responded back. There was a blog comment from YOU and you, my dear, are always so encouraging to me. So I opened your e-mail asking my good God to give me a little respite from what it seems like---an attack from the enemy on my weary soul. In light of that Fran, can you imagine how I felt as I opened your e-mail and saw that comment? I know that you know that God has placed on my heart a calling this year, a longing in my heart that I know and understand and find rest in places in my soul, knowing that He calls me His beloved, his "beloved" daughter! I opened the e-mail and if I have ever heard my beautiful God speaking to me, there it was. A God stop! It was one of those moments I'll never forget. I'll cherish Love's Voice to me this day through you. My beautiful God
stopped me in my tracks
spoke to me
surrounded me with His Love and
shifted my soul to a little bit of rest I knew not.
Thank you so much Fran for being His eyes, His hands, and especially today for being God's Voice to me.
And I absolutely loved your God-stop story! Will e-mail you later. Gotta run to the game.
Whew!
ps - I think you know that the comment I am referring to is the one you left on my blog on my last post. I can't quite figure out this "linky" stuff. Sorry for the long comment STORY above but I didn't know where to put it real quick, so left it her and on Patty's...I gotta run! Love you so much Fran!!!

Fran,
I think prayer is the one God-Stop that the Lord made especially clear to me last year.
I will never be the same, and neither will this precious little girl or the people who are witnessing Him around her.
Love, Joanne
Glory Hallelujah!
I read this post several times throughout the weekend. Just love to hear the testimony of what our Lord can do!
