Big ole tears

Well...I just said goodbye to my 3 favorite children on this planet and my lip is quivering and I'm crying big ole tears.

They are going with their grandparents until Friday to East TN to play at Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. I'm so very happy and so very sad too.

I don't know how I'll survive when they leave for college. Because right now, I feel like a big piece of my heart was just taken away from me.

I love you boys! Have a great time. Mom will bounce back and be ok. :)

Hugs, prayers, and fun~

Oh my goodness!! Bless your heart. When my two aren't around the house is so quiet it drives me nuts. You know I am from east Tn. and I love it there and they are going to have the best time. If I were them I would hit Splash Country first. hehe

Okay, get this: My oldest son who will be 20 in a few months told me over the weekend he wants his own apartment. I died I tell ya, I died inside. He said it is a good thing for me to do this and I said, it's right, getting older and moving on is a part of life but that doesn't mean I won't miss you and I can remember walking the neighborhood pushing him in his stroller. This is a new place for me but Jason informed me he will live with me through college because he wants to save his money. LOL

Have a great week my sweet friend!!
Love You,
Patty

Fran,

I know how difficult that is for you! I'm very lost when my boys are away. I know they'll have a ton of fun with their grandparents!

Blessings!

Well, that just shows what a good mommy you are - I rarely let my kids out of my sight - there are sure to be separation issues ahead for us. Just think of all the fun they will have in sweltering Pigeon Forge - they will surely go to the water park at Dollywood and eat some funnel cakes and ride Blazin' Fury - they will have a blast but I bet they miss their mama already.

I say you follow them here and you can stay with me while you check up on them..........just a thought.

You're a good mom, Fran. I feel your heart, having been there too. It must be comforting to know they're in loving hands and will have tons of fun. I just said a prayer for you. Love, Annette

My kids were gone for TWO WEEKS last summer, and I was so lost. After about a week, I started to enjoy it, but it was a very sweet reunion at the end of that second week!

Awwww Frannie! Your heart is precious! They are going to have the time of their life...but will miss you tons too!

I am in the car on the way to VA. My husband has this gadget for his computer that gets him online anytime, anywhere! I am about to put a movie in. I can't believe how boring a trip can be when I am not reffing between all my kids! I love it! My almost thriteen year old had to hold back tears when I dropped him off at my sisters house! Awwwww. The other two were fine!

So...what are you going to be doing this week while the boys are away?

Wow you all are such good moms. When my kids get to go away for a long period of time I jump up and down for joy. (well, I used to before I got sick - ha) Anyway, I could think of all sorts of great things to do without the boys around, but this is a public forum......
