Boys, boys, boys

Well, people. I have to break into the week here and show you what I found in the boys' bathroom.....on the back of the toilet....

whatever...

Do you know what it is??? And, it's been there for a few days...

Yes. You guessed it. It's food. And, it was rather on the stiff side. I don't like to think about how it got there. Food and going to the bathroom don't settle well with me this early in the morning. I asked them to throw it away and it's still there.

Boys, boys, boys.

I spared you a shot of the inside of the toilet. That might have been too much information for you. :)

Ok...on a serious note...please pray for a little boy (7th grade) named Chandler. He is battling leukemia for the 3rd time. Yes....the 3rd stinkin time in his short life. May Jesus continue to be the thrill and love of their hearts and may He be all that they need to get through another battle with this terrible disease.

Counting my blessings, hug your babies, and love the fire out of God.

There was a time in my life where I was helping to reduce debt by cleaning houses. I actually like to clean (I know, don't hate me), but there was one family that had three teenage boys who shared one bathroom. It took every bit of resolve and determination (and an iron stomach) to clean that thing.

Nope, a pack of rock-hard Ding-Dongs on the back of the toilet doesn't surprise me in the least. It's the contents of the toilet itself, and the length of time it's been a'brewin', that concerns me.

First of all, my boys' bathroom looked like that when I cleaned it this weekend! It makes you wonder how boys ever survive!

I will br praying for Chandler. My youngest is in 7th grade. That just breaks my heart! But I know God is in control and I'm praying for him and his family!

Blessings
Michelle

That so could have happened at my house on my toilet - I noticed both the seat and the lid are up on that thing = be careful or you will drown.

Praying for Chandler. I cannot imagine.

You sure you didn't come to my house and wander into my boys bathroom? This looks like a typical scene from my boys bathroom on any given week! I'm at the point where I'm just not surprised anymore at what I may find in there.
Definitely praying for Chandler!

I have to say that would not happen in my house. Potato chips, yes....but something with chocolate on it never survives long enough to get to the crunchy stage. :)

HeHe
That is too darn funny
At least they did not eat it :)
My first thought was what I learned in nursing school about the poopy germs spreading in the air when the toilet gets flushed - can you imagine what was all over those little ding dongs - YUCK!

i will be praying for Chandler - I can not imagine going through that 3 times - God we ask that you release Chandler's body from this horrible cancer
We know that you are Jehovah Rapha and we thank You that everything is in your hands
amen
love ya sweet friend

Aren't those 100 calorie pack chocolate cupcakes? Yep, I think so.

Ewww, I wouldn't put food anywhere CLOSE to my toilet. EWWWW, EWWWW, EWWWW!

You'll be glad to know that I am not near as spacy today! ;)

Love ya,
Darlene

It isn't just boys...my girls have done the same sort of thing. This morning, I found Emma in there, sitting down with her math worksheet. She made a 100...but I didn't save that particular page!!

Praying for Chandler and his family....

hugs

Praying for sweet Chandler and his family. I can not even imagine it.

The toilet, on the other hand, I can certainly imagine and continue to live it. I won't go into details but one day, I THOUGHT it was like a stale Ho Ho or something. But it wasn't.
Nuff said.

Love you dear friend! Just think, one day we'll only be cleaning up after ourselves and won't we be sad!

Sad to say but I still wouldn't be surprised to see this sight and my BOYS are 19&21, specially at the college house my youngest shares with 6 other BOYS!!! Ugh!

Food aside, the whole boy bathroom issue is just gross! I just wish they could hit the toilet AT ALL TIMES!

I will pray for Chandler. How are things at your church with the evacuees?

I blog so you can get a glimpse into my life as wife, mom of 3 boys, and someone who simply wants to bless others along the way. Have fun and be sweet :)
