Starts off cute.....

Hey friends...
This will start off real cute with these darling pictures of my kids and our pets....but, in honor of my darling friend, Jenny, I had to show y'all what I've been looking at in my garage for OVER A WEEK!!!!

I hope you'll still be our friends.

And, the nasty boogaboo creature that we don't seem to want gone too badly...I'm sorry.

I know. It's disgusting. I really have no excuse. Well, maybe I do. But that would require a shovel and me working a little too hard to get him gone.

Again, I'm sorry. It's life. :)

I once threw a shoe at a GINORMOUS spider, hit it and killed it. Not convinced that it was TRULY dead ('cause ya know how sneaky spiders can fake their own deaths!!!), I refused to touch it and left it on the wall for like a month and a half.

Sadly, it was my BEDROOM wall.

Are you still MY friend?

XOXOXOXOXOXOX

Here in Texas we get geckos really bad. They're so little they can slip through cracks under doors and get inside. They don't freak me out too bad when they are outside but when I get one inside, it totally freaks me out!!! And, I'm with you, who wants to get a shovel and have to work at it?! EWWWWWW!

Blessings

LOL! That is a regular feature at our house along with dead moles and mice. We have 7 seven cats who put out a continuous diplay for us and anyone who happens upon our porch.

When I look at the photo, my first thought was..."and what's wrong with that?"

BTW, Kim, you kind of get used to the odor over time... ;)

Ick! Too big to put a phone book on it.. that's sort of an inside joke.. when I was a very young adult and my parents would be out of town for something and there would be a bug, I'd throw a phone book on it. One time they came home and there were phone books evvvverywhere. It was a big cricket year! :-D

But that thang is NASTY!
