Well, since I started being hip and cool and doing the Facebook thing a couple of months ago, I'm finding it harder and harder to blog.
It's real easy to come up with the short and quick "what's Fran doing" concept on Facebook than writing something that involves paragraphs and some sort of mental sense.
I'm sitting here wishing desperately that I had something decent but I don't. Now, I must go check out the Facebook world and see what all my "friends" are doing.
Trust me...you are definitely my "friends." That is just silly ole Facebook talk. You guys know how much I love ya. Its just that I have some issues coming up with depth when I want to. And, I'm clearly addicted to the shortness of Facebook. And don't get me started on Twitter. Oh, Lord help me.
Happy Sunday y'all. Hope you find yourself in church. ;)
Hugs and blessings....

Oh, Fran...I HEAR ya. I've been completely sucked into the vortex that is Facebook.
Just got home and saw your twitter update...I hate Auburn, but if they beat LSU, then I *might* need to be happy for them. Off to check out the score now.
What...Auburn...you got a Louisiana Girl here...oops..LSU...won!! HeeHee...sorry. I'm all about me some football annddd the brownie and ice cream that went with it!!
Now I'm wired up and can't sleep and I have Children's Church tomorrow!!
I just started Facebook, and I can totally understand your addiction to it. It IS easy! So far I've avoided Twitter...so far.
Facebook hasn't sucked me in that badly... I only check it every so often, but OH TWITTER! So quick and easy- like bloggy drive through.
:)
nothing replaces the real thing, though, so I'm over here trying to get caught up on the 13 (yes! 13!)of your posts I'm behind on !
I am with ya Girlie - Facebook is scary addicting! I LOVE it!!!!
See I only added facebook a few months ago...only after myspacing for quite some time now. I don't use facebook much at all. I love myspace...actually I guess its all quite addictive after awhile!
Fran,
Thank you for all the prayers. You are in my prayers.
I'm on facebook I will look you up...

I just couldn't get into Facebook so I deactivated. I love Twitter. It's so quick and easy and fun.
Love Ya,
Patty
found myself in church today since my husband was the preacher...
facebook bound---if i could just have a two-minute tutorial---I don't read directions
twitter---what on earth is a twitter and where do you find it??
uh oh, my generational gaps are showing...
Ok, I signed up for Twitter, but have NO clue what to do with it!
I really haven't tried too hard to figure it out yet though!
I love chatting with ya over on Facebook. It is addicting though!
We are having special meetings all week at our church, so keep us in your prayers. We would love to see many souls saved!
Hugs,
Darlene
sadly, i so relate to this.....short and sweet....addicted to facebook.....not sure where to get help for my addiction
Maybe I need to try Facebook! I rarely ever Blog because I am not a writer! I panic even when it comes to commenting! (how is that for insecurity!) My kids love Facebook... they would just die if I had one (I am such a geek in their eyes!)
Anyway... Just wanted to say hi! God Bless!
Emmy : )
P.S. What is Twitter?
I found facebook too. My three daughters are on it all the time and one day it hit me that this was a great way to keep in touch with all the young adults from church. So now I use it as a ministry tool.
It is fun too. so go for it. Have fun.

Oh Fran,
You know I love Facebook!! It's the only way I can reach all my students (and my kids if I'm being honest). I don't however, like the new facebook layout. How about you?
See you in cyberspace somewhere!!
~Cheryl
I remember when Lambuth finally got email addresses for the students and I was able to get a facebook account (back when facebook was just for college students) - I've been addicted ever since! Not nearly as addicted as I am to blogging though ;-)
Oh girl I can so relate! Since I work with youth I have to be on facebook to talk to them and it is so addictive. Now I know what my kids have been talking about. I am not getting a my space. That is where my boys are most and I can't add anything else!
Blessings!
Dana
Hi Fran,
I found your blog on Traveling the Road Home.
I have just been drawn into facebook and have not gotten the hang of it yet...
hey, I JUST figured out a few things about blogging so no hurry!
Your blog is fun!
Bless you!!
Pat
I have the same issues!! Love His Girls' description of Twitter...a bloggy drive thru. Laughing about that. I think it's cool as long as we are still staying connected, right??
