The snow...we were kinda excited!!

Here is son 2 staring out the window....excited maybe??

This is the house across the street....it's starting to stick!!!! WOO HOO!!!

Just beautiful.
The field behind our house.

Look at Pepper fly!!! She loved every bit of the snow!! She didn't just run through it, she hopped!

Ok, son 2 has on my coat because it's warm. Ummmm....no, take that off please.

Starting to look pretty huh?

Here they are at the "big hill." It is coming down so hard by this point. I camped out in the car.

"What do we with this thing?"

"Man...this is crazy snow, mom."

You will notice that son 3 has this same look in the remaining pix.

Kid on left is a professional. Kid on right has no clue what to do in this stuff. ;)

Can we go now?

The baseball complex where we will be playing soon. Heading home.

Bye!!! Thanks for taking a look into our snowy day! And, if you are wondering where the oldest son is.....he woke up with a cold and stayed in. He was good with it. Don't feel bad for him.

Happy snow!!!

You have cute peeps. Even when they are frozen.

And I'm not even a little bit jealous that you had beautiful, fun-to-play-in snow and we had really cold, dreary, soaking, bone-chilling rain.

Stupid Tennessee.

How fun!!

Lovin' the hat.

I think we have about 4 inches of snow and ice. Staying in today.

I bet y'all go back out today!

P

Was this their first experience sledding? Looks like y'all had a good time. Drink lots of cocoa, put a fire in the fire place and enjoy the down time.

How fun! Enjoy! We don't ever get that much here in our part of TX we're too far South. So a flurry is huge excitement here! LOL

I feel like I lived this with you yesterday. It looks like you all had a great time! That photo of boy 2 up under his hat cutting his eyes sideways looks a lot like boy 1. I normally don't think they look alike but in this one there is a strong resemblance. Hope boy 1 is feeling better and can get out before its all gone.

I'm trying not to be envious of your snow day. Again, we have another rain day here in Ga!

So glad y'all had fun!

After all the major hoop-la we now have NOTHING on the ground other than rain here in North GA. Disappointing!

What a FUN wintry day! I'm jealous. It's cold here, but no snow. Especially last week when it was 70 degrees. Mercy! Houston weather is moody. Enjoy it while it lasts. Y'all are adorable!

Hey Fran,

Great pics, great HAT!!
Are you telling me that field is playable, after the snow. Have a great baseball season, from one baseball mom to another.

I came over to read about that Gaga lady and so glad I did because it then led me to this post (I'm running behind on my blog reading AND writing!!).

I just love this post and seeing your pics. Brings back memories for me!! Love you Fran, love your hat, love your family, and love that we are sisters in Christ.
